Eligible WIOORA jewellery may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase/delivery, subject to inspection.

The product must:

• Be unused and in original condition.
• Be accompanied by the original invoice.
• Include the original certificate, where applicable.
• Include original packaging and tags.
• Have no third-party alteration, resizing or repair.

After successful inspection, the eligible refund will generally be processed to the original payment method.

Eligible WIOORA jewellery may be exchanged within 15 days, subject to product inspection and verification.

• The exchange value will be calculated according to WIOORA's applicable valuation methodology.
• Making charges, GST/taxes and other applicable charges paid on the original purchase are excluded from the exchange value, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If the new jewellery costs more, the customer pays the difference.

Eligible WIOORA jewellery may be exchanged under WIOORA's Lifetime Exchange Programme, subject to:

• Original WIOORA invoice.
• Original certificate, where applicable.
• Product authenticity verification.
• Verification of silver purity and net weight.
• Verification of the lab-grown diamond.
• Product condition.

The exchange value is based on the eligible value of the 925 sterling silver and lab-grown diamond components. Making charges and GST/taxes from the original purchase are excluded.

WIOORA offers a Lifetime Buy-Back Facility on eligible WIOORA lab-grown diamond and 925 sterling silver jewellery. The product must pass WIOORA's authenticity, quality and condition inspection and should be accompanied by the original invoice and applicable certificate.

Buy-Back Calculation

• 925 Sterling Silver: Valued according to verified net silver weight, purity and WIOORA's applicable buy-back rate on the date of the transaction.
• Lab-Grown Diamond: Eligible lab-grown diamonds may be valued at up to 90% of the eligible Lab Grown diamond value, subject to WIOORA's valuation methodology, documentation, condition and prevailing market conditions.

Exclusions

The following are generally excluded from buy-back value:

During selected WIOORA promotional campaigns, customers may bring old, tarnished, broken, artificial or other-brand jewellery to participating WIOORA stores or kiosks.

The customer may receive a fixed-value promotional voucher, for example: ₹500 per eligible jewellery piece

The actual voucher value and campaign conditions will be announced for each promotional period.

The voucher:

• Is a promotional benefit and is not a cash buy-back.
• May be used toward eligible WIOORA silver and lab-grown diamond jewellery.
• May be redeemed for up to 35% of the eligible new jewellery purchase value, subject to campaign terms.
• Cannot generally be exchanged for cash.
• Is subject to validity, participating-store and product-category restrictions.
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically permitted.

The Old Jewellery Voucher Programme is completely separate from WIOORA's Lifetime Buy-Back Programme.

If a WIOORA product develops a manufacturing defect within the applicable warranty period, WIOORA will inspect the product and may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product;
• Replace the defective component;
• Replace the product; or
• Provide another appropriate resolution.

All returns, exchanges and buy-backs are subject to WIOORA inspection. WIOORA may verify:

Where a product has been altered, repaired, damaged or modified by a third party, WIOORA may reduce the applicable value or decline the transaction.

1. The policy applies only to genuine WIOORA products purchased through WIOORA or its authorised retail partners.
2. Original invoice and applicable certificates should be produced for return, exchange and buy-back.
3. Promotional discounts, coupons and complimentary benefits may be excluded from valuation.
4. The actual verified product specifications at the time of inspection will determine the applicable value.
5. WIOORA reserves the right to modify promotional voucher terms from campaign to campaign.
6. All transactions are subject to applicable Indian laws and regulations.
7. The final return, exchange or buy-back value will be communicated before settlement.
